History

The wailing wall is the sole remanent and memorial of the Temple in Jerusalem that was destroyed about 2,500 years ago.
People come every single day to pray to G-d at the Kotel. It is believed and felt that the Shechina, the presence of G-d Almighty rests there in a revealed way.
Many people celebrate life milestones at this very holy wall. Bar Mitzvas, weddings, engagements, all want to be blessed by G-d.
Traditionally people come and write special requests on a small paper and put it into the wall, with the knowledge that surely their prayers will be answered. Many US presidents and world leaders visited the Kotel and prayed.
People come from all over the world, Jews and non-Jews pour out their hearts for their prayers to be answered.

Our Plan

We want to build a replica of the Kotel in Japan. It is the first ever wailing wall in Japan. Several years agao, Rabbi Edery brought a container from Israel, by boat, full of special Jerusalem stones very similar to the Kotel stones.
The Japan Kotel of Prayer and Peace JKPP will built in Sanno, Ota-ku. Sanno means the Mountain of the King. This is indeed a divine message. Just as the Wailing wall was built on G-d's mountain, Mt. Moriah, so too, we will build on the G-d's mountain- Sanno.
The purpose of this wall is to have a special place where all people can come and pray for peace and harmony in this world. The beautiful Jerusalem stones help us pray and meditate and remember the Temple in Jerusalem and G-d's eternal presence.
This great place of prayer is the first ever in Japan and will be a place that many will come and pour out their hearts and get answered.

Your Part

The Japan Wall of Prayer and Peace will be comprised of 360 Jerusalem stones.
We are giving the special chance and privilege to purchase a stone and dedicate it to yourself, your family, a loved one.
The price of the stone is $1,000 USD. You fill our the application for Japan Kotel dedication stone. Your name will be engraved on a copper wall near the kotel. You will receive a beautiful certificate with your name and stone number.
Every prayer that will be prayed at the wall will be a huge blessing for the people who dedicated and participated in the stones and construction.
Let us all take a part in this great first ever edifice that will be for generations to come a testament to our faith in G-d's blessings and our hopes for world peace.

Why Now?

Now more than ever, peace all over the world is an absolute necessity. So much bloodshed and suffering that we hope and pray will end sooner the better.
We want to increase prayer for all people and bring peace, harmony, unity and blessing to all humanity.

We need to take a stand and do something concrete to bring a time of universal peace.

Near the Kotel we will build a well. The well's name is BE'ERI, after Kibbutz Be'eri and all the people who were killed on October 7th. The well will be an eternal reminder that we will bring more life in a place of darkness.
